Literally what you would expect! We take a letter with or without your custom message, shove it full of glitter and then mail it to your lucky target completely anonymously.

Make sure you enter the address in the Shipping Address section of the checkout page or be prepared to be pranked by yourself!

If you think you’ve made a mistake then contact us as soon as possible and we will happily fix this for you.

It costs just £5.99 to send a glitter bomb to anyone in the UK. We don’t go light on the glitter!
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours. If you order any time Monday – Friday then you should expect your glitter bomb to be processed and dispatched within one working day.
Orders placed on a weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Made an order but wish you said something else on your glitter bomb? Not to worry, contact us before you receive your completed/dispatch notification and we’ll happily change the custom message for you.

No. We do not provide spring-loaded glitter bomb tubes as there are some serious inherent health and safety issues in doing so. Glitter would literally be propelled into the recipient’s face and potentially damage their eyes; this is something we strongly do not wish to achieve or condone with our glitter bombs.

We would also advise you reconsider if you are thinking of buying such a glitter bomb from another company.

Delivery usually takes one working day from dispatch notification as we dispatch our glitter bombs with first class mail.

Weekend orders are dispatched on the following Monday, meaning delivery should be expected on the following Tuesday.

Yes we do.

To pay using Apple Pay you must have a device with iOS 10+ and be using a Safari-based web browser. Otherwise the option is unavailable.

We don’t mention anything at all, so you can be safe of a completely anonymous service. The only give-aways could be what you write in your custom message, so be wary!

We don’t add any branding to any of our glitter bombs or cards either. Phew!

Absolutely! Feel free to add up to 150 characters with your glitter bomb at absolutely no additional cost.
At this time we do not ship our glitter bombs outside of the United Kingdom, though it is something we are actively looking into.

We’re pretty rapid to dispatch any orders as part of our speedy and reliable service. Therefore, we recommend that you contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order for the best chances of cancellation.

If your order is displayed as Completed in your account then your order has been processed and can no longer be cancelled.

We send two emails for every glitter bomb order we receive – an order received notification email and a dispatch notification email. You will also receive an email from PayPal if you use PayPal to pay, but not with credit card.

If you can’t find these emails please check your spam/junk folder as they may have been filtered here. If you’re certain you have not received them then please contact our team and we will happily resend them for you. Please ensure that you include your order number/s when contacting us.

Our glitter bomb letters come in a DL-sized white envelope (110×220 mm / tri-folded A4) with a white printed address label.

They are designed so that glitter falls all over the recipient and their surroundings as soon as they’re opened. The letter is folded in a particular way so that as it is removed, a flap holding the glitter in place during transit unfolds due to the weight of the glitter contents. It also conceals the glitter as not to raise too much suspicion before removing it from the envelope.

In the interest of fraud prevention, we take a number of security measures. As with most other websites, you must provide a valid CVV code and postal code of the registered billing address for the credit/debit card being used otherwise your transaction will be declined.

We have in place additional measures too which include, but are not limited to, the blocking of transactions which use a disposable email address or an anonymous IP.

If you have multiple failed attempts, we recommend trying PayPal instead.

Please be assured that we reply to each and every support request we receive. We aim to reply to all messages within 24 hours, during normal office hours. However, this is most often within the hour.
